Acorn Squash makes Winter prime-time dish
Ingredients
- 1 Acorn Squash
- 2 small Red Onions
- 3 small White Potatoes
- 2 cups Red Cabbage (chopped)
- 1 pound Brussel Sprouts
- 4 Serrano Peppers
- 3 tbsp Dill Weed
- 1 cup Lemon juice
Instructions
- Chopped white potatoes into cubes and let marinate in lemon juice for 3 hours.
