    Ingredients
      

    • 1 medium beet
    • 1 head red cabbage
    • 1 white onion
    • 1 Bartlett pear
    • 2 small yams
    • 6 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 3 tbsp Badia seasoning

    Instructions
     

    • chop all vegetables into small blocks
    • In an olive-oil coated frying pan
    • add vegetables into the frying pan
    • add lemon juice
    • sprinkle with Badia seasoning
    • sautee for 20 min.
